1) Are you a trade company or a manufacturer?

We are the water play equipment maker, we design and produce products ourselves in our factory. You can get the best factory price.

2) Where is your main market?

Our water park slides main market is Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, other water spray toys are mainly sell to all over the worlds.

3) How long is the delivery time?

There will be 10-35 days, depend on the order. For small order, 10-20 days is enough, for big order, normally takes about 30-35 days.

4) Can I get your catalog?

5) Can you make the design?

Yes, we have professional design team. Before design, please provide your area CAD file and let us know more about your request detail, like size, color, material, budget, etc.

6) How long is the warranty?

Product warranty is one Years, and their service life are more than 10 years. Do not worry about the quality, we always make the best.

7) What is the payment term?

Normally, we suggest pay 30% deposit by T/T, balance payment before loading. For the large order, we accept paying by L/C.

8) How to install the product?

We will provide all the installation/erection manuals for all your quoted equipment and a very detailed construction drawing at next step. Your worker can install by following the manuals. For sure we can arrange engineer to guide but need extra pay for that.
